WORKOUT 5 of 50. We filmed at the most beautiful coastal place called the Portland Head Lighthouse in the background in Cape Elizabeth. The ocean breeze was heavenly. We wanted to film when the lighting was good, and so took a little nap in the rental car.
After filming, we grabbed lobster rolls at a little stand near the lighthouse called Bite Into Maine. They were tasty and fresh.
The United States had just lifted the COVID restrictions when we arrived in Maine. We were grateful to find a hotel and we used Maine as a kind of base camp while travelling to other states. We were hoping to find some deals in Uncle Henry’s classified ads but with the culture of COVID going on we stayed to ourselves. Maine had such a great feel to it. It was amazing to learn that every morning the sun first lands on the state of Maine.
