    Thanks for joining me in my FREE 30 Day Fitness Challenge, especially for my step lovers. You are welcome to mix up which cardio workout you do on which day, just make sure to do a cardio day on cardio days, and a weight workout on weight days.

    *Day 6: WEIGHTS -- LOWER BODY WEIGHTS (16:12) , UPPER BODY WEIGHTS (13:01), CORE OFF THE FLOOR (7:00)

    Day 7: REST DAY or STRETCH -- BASIC YOGA (15:11)


    Day 8: CARDIO -- STEP AEROBICS BASIC IN MALIBU (43:15)

    Day 9: WEIGHTS -- CLASSIC WEIGHT TONING WORKOUT (51:14)

    Day 10: CARDIO -- STEP BY STEP 2 (48:23)

    Day 11: WEIGHTS / ABS -- WEIGHTS AND TONING FITNESS (37:25), KILLER ABS (9:57)
