Join me for this great collaboration with best-selling author Michele Bell for a heart pumping marching workout. Through the entire workout you have the option of doing the moves low-impact or high-impact depending on your goals. Follow Christina on the right of your screen for a high-impact version. Follow the exerciser on the left of your screen for a low-impact version.
First warm up with me and get moving to the first section with simple but fun and effective moves. Then Michele will lead you through a super fun second section that'll work your mind and your body. Finish out with me in a final cardio push before the cool down.
