(Run Time: 26 minutes) You’ll begin this workout with a march on the floor behind your step bench. All the moves in this workout will keep your body facing forward for the entire time.
(Run Time: 22 minutes) During the entire workout, you’ll alternate between basics and lift steps.
(Run Time: 23 minutes) Start to learn rotational moves in this workout by taking your lift steps corner to corner rather than facing front the entire time.
(Run Time: 27 minutes) In this workout you will learn my most favorite step move, The Charleston
(Run Time: 25 minutes) You’ll begin to see a bit of a pattern with the moves as we alternate between basics and lift steps. All of my back of people in this workout participated in American Nija Warrior.

The Step Bench
Jenny Ford has been stepping for over 20 years and here is the bench she recommends, she has tried them all.
