Equipment needed: 5 lb. weights and a mat or towel
Description: Warm-up with us by marching, squatting, lifting knees, and adding in arm movements. Get your joints and muscles warm and ready. Then move through three great sections working the lower body, upper body, and core. Be sure to go through our stretch at the end where you'll get the chance to hear the answers to some great questions I asked Kathy about her fitness career and beliefs.
