WORKOUT 1 of 50 for Walk Across America and WORKOUT 22 of 50 for Step Across America
We filmed Walk Across America in Sandy, Utah a few weeks before the first official lockdown on Covid. This was the last time I filmed with actual participants for a while! A few of my fitness fans and two of my cousins joined in on the workouts, as well as my three oldest boys. (Including our oldest, who died by suicide in January 2021.)
It was a super windy day, and I ended up having to voice over the sound on the entire workout in post-production. When looking at the screen you’ll see Ramses who also joined me in two of my Step Hero – Learn to Step Workout Program. He’s a fabulously talented dancer!
The Step Across America workout was filmed at the beautiful Alta Ski Resort in the middle of winter. Watch closely, in the background you’ll see skiers coming down the mountain. It was only 15 degrees Fahrenheit out that day, super cold, but so much fun to film.
